Every November, church halls, community centers and museums from Brooklyn to Burnaby turn into small pieces of Northern Europe. There is gløgg and glögi, rye bread and pepparkakor, hand-knit mittens, straw ornaments, blood sausage and marzipan. For many families these markets are the one weekend a year when the whole community is in the same room.

This is The Northern Voices guide to the Nordic and Baltic Christmas markets, bazaars and Julefests we know of in the United States and Canada this season. The first part lists the events whose 2026 dates are confirmed. The second part lists long-running markets that haven't announced this year's dates yet, with last year's dates as a guide. We will update this page as dates come in.
