Mark your calendars! Kotkajärve Metsaülikool will take place this summer from Monday, August 24 to Sunday, August 30. Set in the beautiful natural surroundings of Kotkajärve in Muskoka, Canada, this unique week-long gathering brings together community members of all ages for an enriching experience of learning, culture, and connection.

Last year marked the successful launch of a program featuring both Estonian- and English-language lectures and activities—an approach we are excited to continue this year. Participants can look forward to engaging lectures, thoughtful discussions, workshops, and cultural activities that explore Estonian heritage, language, and contemporary ideas, all within a relaxed and welcoming environment.

If you have basic or beginner-level Estonian, we encourage you to reach out at kj.metsaulikool@gmail.com so we can explore how best to support your experience.
More details on registration, program highlights, and accommodations will be shared soon on our website and social media—stay tuned!
